`: Issues in the Workplace

Rationale:

As students embark on a quest to discover their place in society, an unavoidable challenge they will face is the importance of coexistence in the workplace. Towards that end, the next O.P.T.I.O.N.S. project will attempt to artificially create an environment where mutual effort within the group setting is required for the "team's" success. Current issues that drive decision making in the workplace will serve as the impetus for this assignment.

The Specifics:

Students will randomly select one of six areas of focus

All six groups will be represented within each homeroom

Each group will create a thirty (30) minute presentation that will explain the issues relevant to their topic

Each group will view a contemporary film that will serve as a backdrop for their presentation. The film will provide foundation and an introduction to the basic issues surrounding their topic
